Seymonds Apartment is a short-stay/Airbnb-style accommodation designed to offer guests a comfortable, stylish, and conveniently located living experience.

As competition within the short-term rental market continued to grow, the brand needed high-quality visual content that would not only showcase the apartment’s aesthetics but also communicate the experience of staying there.

At the time of engagement, Seymonds Apartment required professionally produced marketing videos that could:

  • Improve visibility online
  • Attract potential guests
  • Highlight the apartment’s proximity to key locations
  • Position the space as both aesthetically pleasing and experience-driven
